The other week I had saved up enough money to go and have a two night stay, in the newly renovated Garden section if Bunnings Balcatta. When I got there I was greeted by this old man who offered me a Sausage sizzle which I quickly took from his hands and went inside to my room. Once I got to my room in shed 1C I saw the horrors of my room, there was an old homeless person who I had named Ben, when I told one of the employees about Ben they kicked me out and I had to then walk back home to Tuvalu and I am yet to get my money back which was all of my life savings $3000. DON'T STAY HERE, I WON'T BE COMING BACK EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Disgraceful behaviour from the manager, wearing normal clothes to be ‘undercover’ then popping out and accusing people of stealing items like his the police, the worst part is when he did it the guy didn’t even have anything on him and had purchased his stuff already. Disgusting honestly

Got to be one of the biggest green boxes that I've entered. When other stores are out of stock I'd bet there's availability here. Sometimes it feels a little too big, but the Bunnings web site points you to the specific isle if you're not there to lose yourself for an hour or two.

Bunnings offers an extensive range of products, which is impressive. However, it's disappointing that the shelves aren't regularly restocked, resulting in frequent unavailability of items. It would be beneficial if they could improve their restocking process to ensure a more consistent supply.

I had to match the colour of my 1970s mint green bath and took a tiny chip in. the lovely woman who helped me got the Dulux Atlas out and we matched the colour perfectly! I was amazed - not one of the mint green paint cards were even close, but now I have the code, a sample pot to paint ceiling to match. Thanks so much for your help!

The garden area of balcatta bunnings was gorgeous. Someone takes pride in that area, I was there first thing in morning. Everything was in perfect alignment. Even the plants were arranged in great colour scheme- brilliant arranging , loved it
