Great mechanics, very helpful, price estimates prior to required work they explain things in layman's language, they assisted by offering a loan car, the workshop manager rock is very knowledgeable and his staff all suitably trained. I wouldn't take my Toyota anywhere else

Poor management and poor recipienest.two cars booked at the same time 12:00 appointment I got there 15 mins early and they choice the car which arrived there 11:58 inspect the other car first.When I asked why so she made an excuse we have only one inspector.Poor service by recipienest .

Great team and good services in fair time. They can be a little busy which is a good sign to me.. they also do vehicle inspections for ride share.

Not any parking available, rude customer service.

Had to use their services for a vehicle inspection. Whilst waiting in the reception area for the job to finish, I noticed a constant stream of customers who seemed to be happy repeat customers. Not sure if this is a family business but when observing the interaction between the staff it seemed like they were happy, relaxed and enjoying what they are doing. Because of my circumstances, I had to visit twice with a couple of months in between. Prior to going in I made a couple of phone calls and Martha's service was excellent. She was even willing to let me bring in my car late in the afternoon without an appointment but as I didn't have the paperwork on me it wasn't possible.

I used to find it professionally until it was new management because a man who had gray hair acted rude to me when I came one day & said that my head lights were not working & he told me to get some head lights at some mechanical store

Staff was rude . I booked an appointment but nobody bother . Had to wait 45 minutes people who came after me get treated first.

Really appreciate!! Very good online booking system and professional staff member. Specially thanks to Mr ROC, he is really helpful guy. I have been visiting there for last 4 years for inspection, never had a problem. This time I got 2 defects in my car but when I went for re-inspection there was no harassment and everything went on very smoothly. I really thankful to all staff member. I went for Uber inspection and that was really quick.However, they used pencil on report so it was rejected by Uber several times. I simply called them and they said come back again , I driven there 35 mins and they said don’t be rude on phone , government give us paper and that’s what we are giving.Dear sir, you have to use dark pen so Uber team can read it properly and They will approve it.I waited 2 weeks because of that mistake which is done by your team.
