DO NOT TRUST. NRMA are thieves. Will not pay claims and makes you waste hours and hours on the phone to try and avoid paying claims.

Great service! One stop shop. We paid our green slip then the lady assisted us in paying our car registration online through nsw service. She made everything easy. Plus she assisted us in lodging claims online. Lovely lady too xxx

Highly competent staff. Walked in off the street with no appointment, I was greeted, seated and all enquiries were answered. Within 15 minutes my policies were updated and I was on my way.

Covid has done a lot to this place and not in a good way. NRMA steering you to online when some of us still want the face to face. Hardly anyone in the store and they don't seem to know much or want to help . Wait time not good either
