I was looked after by Jamie absolutely amazing service I cannot believe how above and beyond she went to look after me. Despite covid lockdowns she was willing to go above and beyond for me to get birthday gifts, I will not go anywhere else

I went in today because I had ordered a candle online and got it delivered it came broken so I went in with the candle and the packing slip and showed them they happily took it and swapped it overBest service 10/10

While there was nothing particularly wrong with the service here, the staff attitude was a bit colder than the more welcoming staff at the Watergardens store (that I visited a few months back).
