I wanted to thank SOS for all the support they have shown to my brother over the last few years. Your cleaning and gardening staff have always been friendly and hard working and easy to talk to. It has been a pleasure to have them come into our home.

I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.Services quoted were paid for in advance, in good faith, however never delivered.Customer service is very unprofessional also.Be careful when paying up front for services from this company.

I just had to say what a great job Esra did 2 years ago for me What a spotless cleaner and a wonderfull person Esra always give 110 percent to her work She often did extra !5 min to help me out My dog Mickey loved her I have a large home of 4 bedrooms 2 bath No problem at all A inspirational person .I wish she still was my cleaner

You don't get the hours you pay for and 1 of their cleaners blew up my steam mop and SOS won't return my emails. I did call and told they'd get back to me but never have. Just not worth what they put me through

SOS left me high and dry these past two weeks.Through no fault of the cleaner, it was simply lack of communication from the administration team. I even called several times and their phone just rang out. Not good enough. I am giving them one star just because the cleaner (who no longer works for them), was brilliant.

We were so pleased to see our SOS worker after 4 days of heavy rain, he had the gutters cleaned in no time, cut the hedge, some lawn mowing etc.recommend SOS 150% Carolyn
