We had an existing garden lighting system which was not working and nick was hired to have a look into it and fix it. He told us all the lights were blown and my dad signed a contract to replace the whole thing for $5000. Turns out the lights were fine, it was just the transformer. After replacing all the lights he then replaced the transformer cos it was broken (obviously)! For one reason or another, we were charged over $1000 more than the contract. Nick has kept some of our existing (working) lights after repeatedly asking him to return them.After completing everything he THEN tells us that there is an issue with how it was originally wired, and he just recreated the existing wiring, meaning that in order for the timer to work, some lights would have to be on 24/7 and said “will I go around chasing my tail or just leave it”. How about don’t chase your tail and figure this stuff out in the first place!After making a decision about the timer, after a few nights of the lights not working, nick was refusing to come out and fix it! Only when threatened with legal action did he come out, and now we have lights not even on a timer, as the whole thing was done incorrectly in the first place.I really don’t know if it’s incompetence or shadiness, but the whole job was based off something false. Maybe he genuinely believed that the lights didn’t work and the transformer was fine, but he didn’t test thoroughly enough to even determine this. Not only was the contract gained on deception, but it was not even completed properly.I could not recommend anyone less!!

Nick from Pulse Electrical Nsw is honest , punctual and provides high quality work standards. Cleans up after himself and always has a solution to any obstacle would definatley recommend.
