Cover changed and no longer met my needs. A review of the cover required a $50 increase per fortnight to return to the same level of cover. A new store out in the open leaves all of your information on computer screens now view able. Left after being a customer for over 10 years

Just joined, have spent over 90 minutes on hold over 3 phone calls and still can’t speak to anyone. 2nd call someone answered and said they’re to busy and will call back and of course didn’t bother. An absolute joke. I’m changing again

I had to hastily pay my own expense because the bill and debt notice went to wrong address - Asked how to get my $ back and that their website was broken (couldn't register). Was told to...register and lodge the invoice (how would that reimburse me?). The number the website gave also did not work. What a joke. Infuriating. X1 star cause you can't give less
