As a seasoned wedding coordinator, I can say that Rebel’s cake are truly magnificent. (Yes, I sneak small samples!) You might be tempted by a seemingly crowd-pleasing white choc and raspberry option but The Persian Love cake or Orange, almond and cardamom are simply THE BEST and you’d be crazy to pick anything else.

Oh my gosh, Rebel knows how to bake a cake!!! I had the chocolate mud with berry compote for my wedding cake and... OH MY GOSH! it was perfect, wasn’t overly rich, we brought it back home and it lasted for days and was still moist and beautiful. We ate every last piece.Decorations of the cake were also spot on.Thank you so much Rebel. Really made my day a special one with your special baking skills.

Rebel created the most beautiful wedding cake for us - a gorgeous chocolate mud cake with a meringue covered top layer and gold leaf on the bottom layer. A hit with all the guests!
