The muffins are really nice!! I liked the Apple Cinnamon a lot, while my wife enjoyed the Blue Berry cos she likes it moise. The staff are really nice and friendly too.

As strange as it sounds for this shopping centre it applies. When you ask for toasted sandwich they actually toast it proper which is a nice change,also girls are friendly and with good customer service never had issue in this regard.

Last 3 times I have been there, I have not been served. Staff too busy waiting on tables, constantly ignore customers and hiding out the back pretending to do dishes. Waited patiently again today. Staff member came out and greeted Bill. He arrived 5 minutes after me. When I suggested the staff may wish to ask who's next. Staff said yeah, okay and continued to serve Bill. Can I suggest you introduce procedures to ensure orders are taken in a timely manner. Youf staff don't care about customer service now. If not, just refuse takeaeay customers.. It will be much easier on your untrained staff. They are not coping at the moment. I see people walk away from your shop regularly. If you don't want us there, tell us. If you do, train your staff.

Ordered a single coffee. Waited while 2 couples who ordered after us received their coffees. When asked if my coffee was coming just got a yep" from the the girl making the coffees.Won't be going back."

Young lady serving us was so rude. Barely said a word and couldn’t even muster up a grunt to reply after I said thank you. My little daughter loves coming here but I think we might make this the last time and head 20m across to the coffee club. Never again.
