I’ve visited this shop a few times now and I’ve never been disappointed. I got my brows done today and she did an incredible job !! Shaped them so nicely and took her time on them. They are lovely people who are very attentive and are so sweet!

Horrible job. I asked for a simple touch up between my eyebrows and a little bit under. After getting it done, I went to have a good look as they looked a bit off and they had halved the length of my eyebrows! It was also still really rough and not well threaded between the eyebrows and the lady didn’t even touch up the underneath.1/5 - I don’t know about their other services but would NEVER recommend anyone to get this eyebrows threaded here. There are so many better locations to get them done.

Anna is very talented. I haven't seen any other microblading professional that does realistic and natural looking brows like Anna (baby hairs, strokes following your natural hair direction + not perfectly straight stokes - suits me as I don't have perfectly straight hair).Highly recommend.

I had eyebrow microblading after 2 weeks it wasn’t even noticeable that it had been done and it cost $250. I went in 3 times to talk to the therapist about how disappointed I was but she wasn’t there or she was busy and then covid restrictions occurred I rang and left a message and got no response my second appointment was therefore unable to occur. No phone call to reschedule me no customer care. When I called in today and I saw the therapist she looked up my notes and said I got no results because I had a groupon voucher and she used the lightest colour ink. And I need to have another session but I got no result and no customer care and told I had a groupon voucher so clearly you get a lousy result if you have one. I am really unimpressed and angry.

Had my brows done today by Anna and I absolutely highly recommend her. I had done much research and read many reviews she is the best person and her expertise and artistic talent. Is well worth it I’ll never go anywhere else

I wanted to send a private review but could not find an email.. I got brows thread and waxed and my eyelashes done and the total cost of the service was $160. I feel this is a pretty hefty price tag but I wanted to give it a go.. whilst the service was great, the lady was very nice and attentive, the actual products I feel were not so good my brows have faded dramatically in literally a week and I have lost over a third of my lashes extensions.. they were put on quite uneven and even my friend said that they just look old now (after a week). For such an expensive service I was hoping to get at least 2 to 3 weeks out of lash extensions.. as nice as the lady was, I can not justify spending this much money on a service that will not last :(

Went to Anna today for microblading for the first time. I had done lots of research before choosing Anna based on her reviews and her instagram as her work looks amazing! Well it’s safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else for my brows, Anna is absolutely amazing, super gentle and professional and of course when she was done I couldn’t stop smiling! Amazing work of course. Thank you Anna for making me look and feel great ❤️

I did my first microblading with Anna and I'm very happy with the result. Anna is a very professional and kind person. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very disappointed! I saw reviews on Facebook and thought this is probably a good place that I can trust them with my eyebrows. A total disappointment! Anna did a terrible job on my eyebrows. Her work felt and looks unprofessional. I have always had pretty thick eyebrows and that's how I like them. Even though I specifically asked her how I want her to get my eyebrows done, she shaped them very thin and looks almost like a tattoo now! Anna and employees are rude and arrogant. I am so disappointed and will never go back to this place!

I went to see Anna based off reviews and I am so pleased I did!Anna not only did a great job, but explained to me how she was going to fix my brows. The salon is professional, clean and well priced.
