Freer's Panel Works

I have seldom found more caring and helpful people than the staff at Freers. They couldn't do enough to help me get my car back on the road so I could drive back home after hitting a large kangaroo. I was kept in the loop through the process and they made the turnaround as quick as possible so I didn't have too many nights accommodation to pay. The assessor where I eventually put the car in for repairs was impressed with the job they had done. I am so pleased to be able to give you a great review because I doubt word of mouth is going to work unless people want to travel from the Hunter Valley to get any work done on their car. Thank you.

Brilliant service - Over the past few days thru AAMI we needed the to use our roadside service. As such a tow truck was required on two occasions. Freer's Panel Works provided this service and on both occasions their service was prompt and all staff members were friendly and helpful. Thanks Freer's for your great service

I hit a roo recently and the insurance company sent me to Freer's.The service was brilliant. We made a booking for a repair date, that was brought forward, then I was given a loan car.. that was outstanding and unexpected.But the icing on the cake is the quality of work. Silver, let alone metallic silver is hard enough to deal with. The car looks brand new.To say Im happy is an understatement.

I had an accident on my way back home to Melbourne. Freerers was the closest tow/repair place to the accident. They were prompt, professional and caring to the situation at hand. They had my car repaired to the highest of standards in the quickest possible time. They stored my repaired car without a question for a few days until I could get back up to Mooroopna from Melbourne to get it. My 13yr old car looks like it was the day I purchased it brand new. I HIGHLY recommend Freerers panel repair shop for their service, quality workmanship and professionalism.
