Rude stuff. went today male told me to wait for the female to come but he didn't call her and waited for 5 minutes told him to call her and let her know he say she will come , when she come no hi, good morning nothing from both of tham and when she served me look like she didn't wanted served me , not sure if is a Indian attitude but both fro. Same country, not going there anymore can't be bothered with rude ppl anymore . I was nice dressed with shoes so thay don't cares about anybody rude rude rude

Great service and helpful staff. Their air & water station is functional and tidy unlike their competitors in the same area. I go to here because they accept all cards, inc. Gift cards etc. On my last visit the manager helped me pick a mobile accessory kit and offered a refund if the product wasn't suitable, another trait that other BP servos refuse (I've checked with them re. The same) I'd definitely choose this site over other BP/competitor sites, for not only a good experience but also a speedy and stress free outcome.

Just want to share some of my best experience with one staff member 'Amrit' at BP Belmont. Approx 2-3 back I filled fuel in my car but there were something wrong with my card pins I totally forgot my card pins. I went to car and come back I think I did this 4-5 times, but surprised with the patient of this beautiful girl at counter she was continuously smiling really impressed by customer service by her, Moreover I am regular customer of this place n I am really love her coffee's she make the great coffee I saw one of the other customer also said that 'he is now addicted to her coffee's' I think it's a big compliment. Wanna share one more incident when one person didn't have enough money to buy panadol tablet but had a headache she gave that person tablets from her bag for free. Really surprised by this girl every time. Keep it up beautiful young girl.

Morning staff need more training for coffee, had stop there at bp sometimes twice a day, posting today because every time my coffee was butchered, but on Tuesday evenings coffee is always perfect. Giving Rating 4 only for ‘ Amrit’. Good customer service, good coffee.

3 days in a row, no vaccum tokens, no coffee lids , staff are lazy and a disgrace to Australian service standards. Shockingly bad. I’ve never seen worst customer service ever in a servo.

I went there to get coffee on 2 December Friday around 11.15 pm . Girl at the counter was so rude with me and she refuse to make coffee because I show her my uber discount card. Don't know why BP have tie up with uber if their staff doesn't want to do it.

Working next door I pop in for a quick lunch every so often and the lady that usually works around mid-day is always lovely

Cannot use the water to wipe out my dash mirror, severe bad smell water, no tissue for wipe out the mirror, services are not up to the mark
