Tamborine Mountain Coffee Plantation
Loads of potential but did not deliver on our visit. Food and drinks were delicious.... unfortunately drinks took 25 minutes to arrive and then food was another 30 (55 minutes after ordering all up). Throughout the time waiting I asked 2 waiters to check on the progress of food and neither got back to me. Frustratingly tables that arrived after we ordered were served food well before us. The grass area where our kids play was closed for refurbishment which is fine but there was also a septic smell coming from this area.

Lovely food and coffee but we waited 1.5 hours for our food. Initially told it would be 1 hour and then said another 30 mins. Told us they were plating our food up and food was another 20 minutes after that so that wasn’t true. Wouldn’t recommend going on a weekend as they had 3+ bookings with large parties. We rang up and were told we couldn’t book the outside area and there were 300 seats. When we arrived there weren’t many spare tables and the only ones had ‘reserved’ signs on so not sure why we weren’t able to reserve a table? Go on a weekday and you will be happy.

Wow! The coffee here is amazing. We came here for brunch as a group. Waiting staff were extremely friendly, Coffee and food were both ready with less than a 10 minute wait. Will definitely be stopping by here again!

Great Cafe with nice food and coffee. Well worth the drive out to Tamborine for this. The place is set in a really nice Queenslander and has lots of tables.Service was quick and both food and coffee were nice. Pulling out can be a bit tricky as cars are parked on the street blocking your view.

We've been wanting to come here for a long time and we weren't disappointed. The coffee was lovely and the food was amazing. Much fancier than I expected. Plenty of Gluten Free and Vegan options for those with dietary requirements. The staff were friendly and professional. We came just before lunch on a Saturday, but it filled out very quickly. Parking spots were all filled very quickly as well.

Beautiful venue, amazing food. Loved the Baja Benny and made sure to get the hash brown on the side, definitely worth a stop when you’re up in Tamborine.
