Waited for over an hour and got told the order couldn't be fulfilled. Why accept orders when you can't fulfil them? Not the first time it had happened too. Will never order from this store again, too bad I couldn't give them a zero star.

Unfortunately I did not receive very good customer service from the manager, after there was an issue with their tills & inability to provide me with change. I was left waiting in a hot carport for more than 15mins, I jad to go into the store to ask what was happening & then had to wait another 10mins, to be given my change, I asked to speak to the manager who refused to come out. I left & called the store, I explained my frustration to the manager & expressed my disappointment of the poor customer service, she should of been the one to give me the change & apologise, but instead sent a young employee out who had no idea how to deal with the situation. I was told that there wasn't anything to do about it, which, although may have been true, was extremely unsympathetic & left an already unsatisfied customer feeling more disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted! After my children had already eaten most of the popcorn chicken included in my order we discovered some of it was mouldy, yes mouldy! Will never ever get food from here again. Make sure you heck your food if you do.

Horrible. Zinger combos and 10 pack of wicked wings. Our burger bases were so stale it was like chewing cardboard, yuck. The potato and gravy was so dried up it wasn't worth eating and lastly the wicked wings still had feathers on them. Disappointed and disgusted will never eat at KFC Calamvale again.The people on the frier should have seen that there were feathers on the wings and the people making the burgers should have noticed that the buns were stale. Who does management pay to do their jobs correctly, pay nearly $50 for a horrible meal. Was supposed to be a treat after a hard week....very unhappy. Would like to give negative rating, but the only redeeming quality was the young gentleman on till and packing the meals. Polite and Friendly.

Couldn’t write a review until I gave a star. 0star from me. Young girl on front counter wouldn’t know customer service if it hit her in the face. Disgusting customer service and then they talk about you while you are there. Seriously get some people that are professional and willing to work

Absolutely useless, just went through and the order was wrong. Really, can't read the screen too busy talking to one another well that's what you get when you hire useless teens

It's a new store but the cleanliness & speed of service needs work. Almost every table was dirty, I had to ask the staff to clean a table for us. Very oily floor (1pm on a Tuesday... My feet were sliding in some places). The original tasted good, the hot and spicy was a little dry.

Waited 34 mins in drive through for a online order.. once received it was cold and no chicken in twister..waited another 15mins to get replacement twisters to get the wrong ones.. acknowledge they were busy but a little attention to detail wouldn’t go astray.. or get waiting bays
