Servers were great. Great vibe, entertaining.Food was good. Decent size servings. Menu may be a little restrictive for special diets.Plenty of space, and a nice chill pub atmosphere.

Was intrigued by the exterior and menu online and keen to try.Food was interesting but not amazing.However, service time needs improvement: waited around 45 minutes for starters (from the time I arrived around 615pm), and mains arriving at 7:15pm only.and the restaurant was at best half full at that point.

My wife ordered a steak, it came out cold! really cold. Sent it back and it came back 5 minutes later at the same cold temperature. No apology and said it was at the correct temperature didn’t eat it or pay for it. Very disappointing.

Thanks team for hosting my birthday today. The food as usual was bloody delicious and the table setup was perfect along with the warm hospitality, one of the best venues on the border if you want a good beer selection/cocktails/wicked food and brilliant hospitality

We had a table of 5 and 4 ordered online and no problem. One in the group ordered at the same time at the bar as she cannot eat mayo. Her meal never arrived and had to prove it was paid for. Only offred a refund and absolutely no apology. She was 8 months pregnant and very hungry. Handled very badly. Disgusting. Treated like a liar as hovered over her so she could prove it was paid for

Been here multiple times and the food was always good. Last week we visited the cut of steak was terrible, thin and full of sinew. The BBQ platter meat was tough and dry (meant to be slow cooked and tender). I wonder if they've recently changed chef because it was really disappointing that it had gone downhill.I've given two stars because it previously was good but the last meal was 1 star. I hope it comes good again because it's a nice venue and the food previously was good.

I recently had my mother's surprise 80th birthday celebration in the function room at Church St. It could not have gone any better! Leading up to the event Stacey and Erin were fantastic to deal with.On the day I was too busy getting my mum there for the big reveal to worry about anything - it didn't matter because the staff on the day had it all covered!Mum got the BEST surprise and all the guests are still raving about the food and the day and I just can't thank the Church St team enough for helping me pull it off! Highly recommend these guys!We've been back since for a meal and they didn't disappoint then either. Great local :)
