APD Parcel Delivery

This transport company is as bad as it gets, book pick up multiple times for the same job and hope the driver could be bothered to actually come and collect possibly days later after those calls. There office people are rude and defensive, I wonder why? All the continuous complaints from peeved of customers! I have a few local stamps left, once used I will never use this useless organisation again. Businesses don't use them as you will regret it!

This driver had to pull over today after people screaming at him that boxes falling off the top. when he pulled over and stopped, a box fall straight on his bonnet. I can’t imagine what would happen if he has to break in an emergency situation and the worst is after collecting the package he kept driving.

Incredibly poor service. Very rude and arrogant. Package has been sitting in their depot for delivery for 1 week and cannot provide an answer when it will be. Have spoken to many people in the call centre that have taken our number to call us back with an update which we never received, then when asked again they said they never had our number. The 'Manager' Tracey, is incredibly rude and unprofessional herself, and does not conduct herself like a manager should. When she asked for our number again, my partner laughed then started to say the number, to which she cut him off and to had a go at him for laughing at the situation. She then complained they apparently get a abused all the time yet they themselves are rude, arrogant, unhelpful, and downright unprofessional. Apparently it's us being a nuisance and are rude. Always an excuse for their own poor work. Not surprised we aren't the only ones having poor service. When I called she kept cutting me off to talk about my partners call with her. I told her I didn't care, I just wanted her to call me back. They think they are the customer, but forget the paying person is the customer. It doesnt matter a different courier brought the item to them, it is their job to deliver to me. You have a duty of care and service to me. Which by this company has been nothing but poor. Every. Single. Time. Do not have anything to do with this company. They are terrible. Would never recommend.Update: Despite giving me her word she would call me back to update me what day my package would be delivered. She didn't. It was a lie. This so called Manager was never planning on calling me back. She was rude from the moment she opened her mouth to my partner and the rest speaks for itself. And of course package was delivered at the very end of the second day she mentioned. Truly disgusting customer service.Please do not bother using this service. Rude, lying, unprofessional.

Do not use very often as I do not live in Adelaide. Started out with great service from Megan and went downhill from there. Just so thankful that my package arrived at its destination in the end.

Not impressed....... APD not only lost one of my packages and failed to deliver on time, when they finally delivered the first package to the post office they said they had delivered both packages. They then tried to prove they had delivered both packages by copying the POD signature for the second package and blamed the post office.Almost a week later the delivery driver dropped the second package at the post office, saying sorry but he lost it in his van.Not to be trusted.

I had a very bad experience with the service. I was not at home when they tried to deliver(fragile item + signature needed) and then while talking to an CSR, they do give flexibility wherein you can ask for a specific date to be delivered and I made myself available on that date but they did not honor their word and delivered it on another day and left it at the porch.

Worst courier service in Adelaide. Only giving 1 star because you cant give zero, after a issue with them on a different delivery, we now make sure we check that the address is correct, he was going to wrong adress. It happen twice with me. I called and spoke to a really rude lady on the phone who told me she'd pass it on to the managers. I haven't heard back form them. if the choice was mine I would never use them again, totally useless

Parcel picked up Thursday afternoon but not scanned into their system. Still not in system on Friday morning so called and they advised too that it was not in their system and didn’t know where it was. Advised the supplier but no response. Still not received on Monday so I just gave up and was going to request a credit. Surprise, surprise Tuesday morning I found the parcel on my doorstep. APD have always been problematic and it looks like nothing has changed. Hopeless!

Don't use this company.We have been using them for over a year and have had multiple breakages. We pay on credit card, so they won't honour any liability.Happy to take your money but no responsibility whatsoever to deliver the product in any way that our end customers can use it. What a sham. It's immoral to charge for a service that you don't deliver.
