This shop unfortunately is not aware that it is illegal to not let people into their store if they dont wear a facemask for medical reasons. I hope this review helps the owners become aware of their legal liability by denying people with medical exemptions store access and service.I have screenshot the victorian policies on indoor mask use. This shop otherwise looks decent. This is very alarming and disturbing they do not know this is unlawful.

Very friendly staff.....they will help in any way they can, it's good to see some old fashioned customer service!You can find everything and anything for your chariot.Reasonably priced, easy to find a car park out front most of the time.

If you have an exemption to not wear a mask they will still demand you put one on or they will only serve you at the door. They are definitely misinterpreting the mandates and are discriminating against those with genuine medical disabilities. Beyond this, I found the staff rude and dismissive. After being forced to wear a mask, the staff were snickering about me while I walked around their store struggling to breathe. Absolutely humiliating.I will definitely not support this store again.

What fantastic service from the staff this morning. We are new to the area and popped in for a couple of things. The advice given was really appreciated and thank you for fitting my new wiper blades. You can tell this family run business takes pride in their customer service. I will happily be a returning customer.
