I cancelled an order over 7 weeks ago as i had to urgently relocate from my home and go interstate with 2 young children due to domestic violence. Staff did not cancel the order and have called me this week to collect it. I am currently homeless staying with family and obviously i have many other things going on and did not notice not receiving my refund over this time. The female domayne staff member i spoke to seemed more concerned with munching on her food through the phone than assisting me. My request for refund was refused. When i explained my situation, her response was cool" and she would get a manager to contact me. Just gutted to be treated this way and will not be supporting this business."

Most of the furniture caters for modern trends with little variety. Staff aren't very quick in offering assistance.

They are deceptive. Take care!I looked at a “Paris” Stressless Nordic chair on 4 December( see shot). It was priced at $3999 and the nice shop assistant said that they have a big sale in January so it’s worth waiting. I went back today to see what the prices were and the sale price was an extra $500 eg. $4499 . The sales assistant today assured me that it couldn’t have been $3999 as that would be illegal! Here is the photo that confirms the pre sale price. Another chair I priced on 4 December also went up in price by $500.This does not reflect well on Domain.

Bought a 1k bedframe, it was damaged on delivery, called store for assistance and they wouldn't fix it because the manager wasn't there but I was assured the manager would call me... which never happened. Wouldn't buy here.

Anyone looking for a new computer don’t go anywhere but Domanye, Matt, Guy and the team are absolutely amazing the service they provided was far more than we expected they went above and beyond, we left the store with what we wanted and our computers were set up and ready to go which was amazing as I had been working with others that just like to rip people off, not these guys, honest, reliable and outstanding service.Purchasing new computers can be daunting as there is so much to chose from although the knowledge the team has made it a very easy process, thank you so so much.

Don't know how many times i need to politely say i'm just looking around and don't need constant attention, it's off-putting how desperate the staff are to make a sale on their stupidly expensive furniture.

Modern and quality furniture with a variety of options to choose from. Mid to high range prices products.Were looked after by very friendly and helpful sales staff.Warehouse is closed on Sunday.

No issues with the store etc but don't get sucked into the mattress/bed sales. We spent about 7k on a bed frame and a mattress but the mattress is horrible and getting worse over time. Feels cheap and springy and my sons $600 mattress from focus on furniture is soo much better. Just don't want people to think they need to pay more for a better mattress like we were told!
