Great, honest service and very fair pricing. Friendly customer service. This was our first time using Speed Automotive after getting a voucher from Groupon for a major service. They didn't skimp on our service at all and were really informative with all aspects of the car that needed attention. Highly recommended and we will be back!

If you value your car and safety DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! they did not do the work promised under their 'major service criteria'. They charged me an extra $70 for oil filter and oil replacement and NEGLECTED TO REFILL THE OIL!! So i did a 40 minute return journey with no oil in the engine!!!The manager came out to fill with oil and top up the fluids also promised under the 'major service' and overfilled everything including both power steering and brake fluids. I now have an oil leak i have never had before and i am awaiting RACQ to fix the problems since the car is presently not able to be safely driven. GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM GROUPON NOW.
