I've been to many physios and the team at Langwarrin Sports Medicine are the best I've found! Lucas' care is like no other and the whole team are so welcoming as soon as you step foot in the clinic!

Big Center, but pricing seems not honest. Each cashier gives you different price. Seems up to the cashier's grace to charge you what they think customer is willing to pay. Very uncomfortable about this as I felt they are not put patients interest first, but their profit first

Very annoyed I called up and booked an appointment on Friday 3/6/22 for Wednesday evening 8/6/22 for 7pm and just arrived and appointment hadn’t been booked in properly. Fairly disappointed I’ve driven out of my way for this and also altered my work schedule. For the appointment. The receptionist stated she would call me back in the morning which she didn’t. I called in the afternoon the Receptionist was very rude and unable to get me an appointment.

Some physios are great. The admin team and billing however needs improving. I've been going weekly sometimes twice a week for well over a month now with back pain. And after today I'm questioning if it's even worth going back. The physios seem knowledgeable but then when I can't see the same one and they give me a new one it's always different advice and new exercises to do. Very little to slow progress. I'm thinking they just rope you in to keep coming back because the fees are atrocious. I've always been paying out of pocket, they don't do concession and I don't have private health insurance. The kicker today after I've probably spent a good grand here was when they over charged me and tried to justified it. My regular physio was unavailable for the appointment time so I said just give me whoever. Assuming all physios were the one set price of $76. However I was charged $94 out of pocket. Apparently they had a price increase (which they never told me) and the physio I saw was more experienced so cost extra. Which wasn't explained to me when I made the booking. Had to explain to them that's grossly unfair since I didn't get to request which physio they just assigned me that one. So be aware each physio is a different price and they've also had a price increase. I'm not gonna go back here for physio anymore. All they've cared about is just my wallet and not my well-being. That's very evident. However the facilities are clean and nice. Changing rooms for the pool are cramped and no privacy if someone should open the door while you're changing.

Have been coming here over the last 15 years for various injuries and wouldn't go anywhere else! Reception staff are always fantastic (patient, kind, friendly) which is refreshing! One of the only places I don't mind ringing to make an appointment! All physiotherapists I have seen have been professional.

Nevine was really helpful. Very professional, genuinely cares about you and prides herself in providing correct information and up to date care. The admin staff are a snappy and defensive at times which makes me think they are not well treated at work.

Lyndie was amazing and was able to reduce my pain and ease my symptoms, superbly helpful and professional. The booking process was simple and the reception staff were delightfully helpful.
