I was recommended to see Anna by a friend in 2018 for neck related pain. I have had a number of successful treatments and see her regularly to support my calisthenics training. She is an expert in fascia remodeling and her treatments are supported by a strong knowledge of remedial exercises. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Anna for 6 years and can't recommend her enough. She's fixed my many stubborn injuries through her prescribed physio exercises, posture correction, deep tissue massage and dry needling. She seeks out the root cause of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms, which results in fewer visits required. In saying that, I still see her for regular maintenance because of how good I feel after each visit. She's a lifesaver!

Anna is a superstar and I can't recommend her highly enough! I've seen various therapists and chiro's over the years, but Anna is a standout. I have a standing fortnightly appointment with Anna for remedial massage and I every time I leave I realise that that's as good as I'll feel until I next see her! :-) I've even started stretching now at home, though not as often as I should, but still its a journey of a thousand miles...

I have been attending Symbioza for some time for musculoskeletal rehabilitation and have had a wonderful experience.The professionalism and knowledge displayed by the therapist Anna is second to none. She is very thorough and takes a genuine interest in her patients/clients.This would have to be the most charming and nicely equipped Pilates studio in Perth.If you want a great tailor made Pilates program this is the go to place. I have tried other studios and honestly they cannot match up to this one.Thank you to Symbioza for looking after me and you have me as a long term client.

I have been seeing Anna for 2 years and she is amazing! I have scoliosis and I train a lot too, so very often I have different issues caused by me compensating the wrong way. I’ve had problems with my left shoulder, traps, lats and also have job related forearm issues, but every time I go to see her she is always able to “fix” me :) She is very good at what she does, she never rushes the session and you can tell she is genuinely interested in making you feel better. I’ve seen many physios and chiros before her, but never found someone who really cares about her clients like she does. Cannot recommend her more!

Anna is a good teacher and her Pilates sessions have been really helpful. Anna’s studio is well-equipped and she is a good listener; taking great care to tailor stretches and exercises to what you need. I highly recommend Symbioza!
