Numerous and Continual manufacturing issues with my np300 Nissan Navara from warranty to now.3 Rear main seal oil leaks requiring major works.Turbo hot pipe manufacturing faults requiring an upgrade to fix (Nissans pipe leaks oil) common problem with Np300 Navara.Radiator hose rubbing through pulley wheel causing major failure common fault.Head gasket premature failures.And a huge list of parts to be replacements.Unfortunately Nissan have not changed the engine design from the D23 model so its a huge risk to invest in, in my opinion.I spoke to Westco motors and Nissan Australia to be told that they would not assist my case because it was pushed outside of warranty, even though Nissan and Westco would not properly diagnose and repair replace or refund at the initial time of the complaint.Nissan has most certainly mislead myself as a consumer about consumer rights in 2017 when first having vehicle issues.When I first requested a refund or replacement vehicle off Nissan and it's representatives after several unsuccessful attempts at repairing a major failure causing ongoing oil leaks within the warranty period in 2017, I was ignored repeatedly and told that the only remedy was yet another repair. I have had several discussions with Nissan and Westco motors within the warranty period addressing the numerous complications with the vehicle not being properly repaired due to manufacturing flaws, but yet again I was ignored and told a replacement part is all they are prepared to do to fix (not resolve) the issue (just another bandaid solution for a lemon vehicle). Nissan Australia has not shown any interest in customer support throughout the ownership of the vehicle, thanks Nissan how can customers trust your company when you mislead consumers.?This vehicle has had (manufacturing) issues from well within the warranty period but it is only the neglectful actions or inaction that have pushed the complaints passed it's warranty period.

They get the 1 star for the period before they got my money, after that a big ZERO. First new car for us and it was delivered with a big dirty mark on drivers seat back rest, an oily plastic bag shoved in under the drivers seat and a very important software upgrade not done that caused the car to stop after we did just 5km. Spoke to the manager there (Scott) who said he would get back to me...never did, numerous emails, no reply, heard nothing from them. Have taken car to Mackay Mazda who have been very helpful, I suggest if you're buying a new car try them instead...or anyone else

I came in, in early April and was approached but Callum Webb I set him a challenge I personally thought was nearly impossible but Callum took my challenge and he never gave up finding me the best car and I am so glad he did I am so happy and he went above and beyond for me

We had the absolute pleasure of taking in our old car (bit of a wreck) and buying brand new Nissan Xtrail from Westco. Wow what a pleasure it was to work with these guys! Everyone involved from the DP (Chris King) to the amazing, informative and professional Nic were fantastic and even though we had to wait for it to arrive, Nic kept us informed at all times. Nic was incredibly patient whilst explaining all the bells and whistles to me, and, I felt at all times well cared for and informed. If anyone is ever looking for a car I can highly recommend Westco Motors in Cairns they were brilliant. Thank you Nic and Chris. I am forever grateful.

I brought a couple of cars from them. I now have an LDV find the girls in the service office very helpful friendly always get the job done

I have dealt with the Parts Department countless times and I am always happy with them, as for the Service & Recall Department i cannot say the same. Today I had my work car booked in for half a day to carry out a recall Amendment on a BT50 (they called me to arrange this), upon arrival i was told my work car was not booked in and that it also needed another recall repaired that had already been rectified a few years ago. I have now lost half a day of valuable business time and income and my work car has not been seen to as Westco Mazda Cairns has not kept Proper Records. Very Unhappy.

I have been trying for 7 days to get a refund of $235.95 without any lock, They want return my calls or my E Mails, such a shameful business

Having had some issues in the past with late pick up of vehicle not being ready I must say that my experience today was perfect. The service guy Alex dealt with me in a professional and friendly manner then Dave drove me to do some shopping while I waited for the vehicle to be ready. I then got a call to say it was ready early picked back up and job all done in less than the estimated time. A big thank you and well done for a smooth professional experience.

Recently just brought a Colorado from car sales from Westco, I absolutely love it and the people that I dealt were all amazing. Massive shoutout to Alex for always informing me what was going on etc and always responded to the questions I had. I was very worried about pursuing a car from another city but they made sure that I didn’t need to worry at all! Even the delivery was pretty dam quick!
