Fitstop has provided an amazing, supportive environment, that has helped me to become the fittest I’ve ever been (at 52). I love coming here every day. The trainers are the most amazing souls & so welcoming, creating this sense of community that always brings a smile or a laugh in every session. T & J give so much back to the community, doing donation drives for their loved local charities & raising funds for mental health so our funky sock Fridays are a must! There is never any pressure but you always have the chance to level up & be the best version of yourself. The team support you with your performance and you always walk away feeling amazing. And the best part of FitStop Rural View is the vibe of all the members - nothing but cheers and high fives all round. You won’t be disappointed.

There are not enough words to explain how enjoyable and welcoming this family community is. It's not just a gym that pushes your physical ability but a community that supports you mentally. The vibe of people is epic. Strangers become gym buddies that push each other beyond their own ability. Absolutely love FitStop Rural View! The atmosphere and environment every session is always so motivating anf enjoyable to be at. All the trainers go above and beyond to motivate and support the whole FitStop fam. Could not recommend these guys enough. Have already smashed so many goals physically and mentally!

I joined having just moved to Mackay and it’s the best thing I’ve done! The coaches and Tegan are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They know my name when I walk in the door and are always there to help. Such a fun environment to be in, everyone is there to push you to be your best and I’m so glad I joined. Can’t wait to get better and better!
