Excellent service every time I come here for a hair cut at west gosford

I grew my hair nice and long for 6 months and took it here. They destroyed it and to make it worse the guy was so angry. He didn’t want me there. Maybe don’t work on Sundays mate. You were so rude. $36 later and I shaved it all off when I got home. Gross. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. EQUIPMENT DIRTY AND BLUNT!!!

I went to this barber shop with my husband and my two boys to get their hair cut for the first time.I have to say I was very disappointed and shocked at the service we received or should I say didn’t receive.We sat down waiting for the two staff to finish cutting their clients hair. The younger staff member was busy cutting but the other one finished and when the client paid and left the staff member didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t say he would be with us in a moment he turned, went back to his station cleaned his tools for 10 minutes which we were happy to wait for, he then started sweeping the floor even though the young staff member beside him was still cutting hair, he then washed his hands and instead of coming over to us to cut our boys hair he just picked up his phone started looking at it and was laughing. He didn’t look at us or care that we were waiting to be served.We were waiting for 20 minutes for him to serve us.We couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful he was.We decided to walk out!!Worst customer service ever!!I then wrote to the owner to let them know what happened and they didn’t bother to reply so they obviously don’t care about customer service as an entire company .

My boys have been coming here since they opened! Fadi and the team are brilliant barbers. A clean and stylish salon with friendly service. The boys know how to cut and are great with my son’s troublesome double crown! It’s wonderful to have such a great barber locally! Highly recommend paying the team a visit. 5 stars.
