Great service with a very affordable price. Sarah has organized repair of one of my beloved necklaces which no one wanted to do as it was too fragile. I also had a few of my rings resized. Not to mention, JVL also has done a valuation report for my inherited earrings. It was a truly great experience to have all these done in one place and in a very timely manner! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who needs their jewellery to be sorted out.

Sarah is the uber professional from go to wo. The five pieces given for valuation were listed , valuation carried out on time and great detail on the reports. Reports provided in duplicate so insurance company can have a copy. Too boot reasonable price. Would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah to anyone in need of a valuation.

Sarah is very warm and friendly and appears quite knowledgeable. Price is fair compared to other quotes. Quality of the reports is very good and nice to be duplicated. Be aware to ask all your questions at the time of dropping off your piece as there is no consultation when you collect the item, just collect from the front desk. Was very happy to have them call afterwards to follow up as I had expressed I was a bit disappointed with the lack of consultation - very friendly and happy to make time to talk through questions which was appreciated. A good service overall.
