I just used Alias Pools recently to solve some issues with my pool equipment. Ian and his team were very helpful and professional in replacing and fixing what was needed. They had great communication in letting me know what the issue was and keeping me in the loop regarding the delivery back to me. They even went above and beyond to add some extra cabling to fix any potential issues in the future. Will definitely use them again when I need to.

I recently bought a new pool cleaner through Ian and quickly discovered it had a fault. The company I bought it from said they couldn’t get an engineer to me for 6 weeks. Ian went above and beyond to get the pool Cleaner fixed and back to me within a week. Wonderful service and I would highly recommend him.
