Edge Early Learning Bilinga

My daughter has just joined into the nursery Room and we cannot be happier! She is learning new things everyday and it is wonderful to see the variety of experiences she does each day on Storypark.Her teachers and the director Kiani are always happy and give great honest communication about her day. We can't thank Edge enough for being apart of our little girls learning journey!

We love them! Lovely new facility with a giant indoor play area. My child is in pre prep class and we love our educator Miss Tanya, but all the staff are lovely and dedicated. They have made so much effort to help my sometimes anxious little guy feel comfortable, welcome his idiosyncrasies and foster his particular interests. When I drop him off I feel 100% sure he is going to be cared for, nurtured and supported every day.

Our 2 year old has been at Edge for a few months now and absolutely loves it. He has learnt so much and is communicating so much more. He has a few allergies which can be hard to control when in contact with other children and we are really happy with the care and precautions the educators and manager Kiani has put in place for him to keep him as safe as possible. Love the routine in place, and especially love receiving the daily updates through the app whilst I’m at work so I know what he has been up to.

Absolutely love Edge at Bilinga. The staff there are so amazing and care about each and every child. There’s not a single thing I can fault about Edge. I’ve had my son in there since he was 6 months old and he loves it there. Highly recommend anyone looking for day care in the area.

Horrible place. Director and support office have very poor customer service standards. Your child is another number. My children cried every time I dropped them off. They were sick all the time due to poor hygiene routines and I had to sign several incident reports since they kept injuring themselves due to poor supervision. I witness this issues myself. Their ratio was always short when I arrived by surprise. I was fooled by first impressions but after 2 months I could not wait to take my kids out of there. Since then, Nov 2020 my kids are in a new centre and they are so cared for and happy. They only get sick eventually and I only have signed 1 incident report. Do not trust this centre close doors.

We have been going to each since the beginning of 2020 and we are so happy. We love edge Bilinga and all of their teachers are so amazing. We couldn’t be happier watching our daughter grow with our edge family!

Edge is the centre i always dreamed of being apart of as an Educator and as a parent.As a parent, my baby girl is my world and i was nervous to leave her in the hands of others. The educators in her room are open honest and approachable and it has been a super easy transition back to work for me with head office and educators being super helpful and caring towards her and my needs.As an Educator I have never been apart of a company that has cared more about mental health and well-being i feel valued and supported and i love coming to work everyday ❤I would reccomend Edge to everyone!

One of the worst childcare experiences. My kids were scared to be dropped off. They literally clung to my legs. The Director makes the payment process so confusing and communicates poorly. As a consequence you never know what you owe or how much you are in credit. So unprofessional.
