Great alternative to the ubitiquous home of the sausage sizzle. Friendly staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely make them my first point of call for all things hardware.

I bought an outdoor setting from Mitre 10 Ipswich 6 months ago, one of the chairs stitching is coming away and looks like it is going to break away from the frame. No one more than 75kgs has sat on it. I sent a picture to Chris over 2 weeks ago and every time I call he is out and never rings me back don't buy anything here as the customer service is terrible and they do nothing about your warranty.

Closwed on Saturday Morning, really? The busiest day of the week.No wonder the opposition got so big. Their service is awful, the only thing worse is none at all, you're closed!!!
