My Deal Shopping

We won’t be buying from this site again. Firstly, you will have to wait for more then 30 minutes to get thru to customer support. When we got thru, We asked to cancel an order on the same day we placed it. We agreed to pay a fee for change of mind. They claimed that the item was already dispatched 2 hours from the time we placed the order. They then said to call the courier to stop delivery. We also did that.Last week, a courier dropped of a set of wheels for the item. We called them again and were told that they will investigate. Yesterday, the item was left at our door, 1 month after it was supposedly dispatched!! Most likely it came from china.Now they are charging us for change of mind fee, restocking fee, initial shipping and we have to pay to get them to collect the item that we had already cancelled.Worst customer service experience ever!!! Avoid!!!

just a terrible terrible online experience.first their system to validate address was wrong, my street number validated to the adjacent suburb.then au post returned to sender when i contact customer service, it takes weeks for one respond.they asked for a $17 resend fee for a $35 orderalternatively i can get a refund minus $10 processing feesnone of these charges were listed and agreed.if you want you consumer security, look away from MyDeal

Mydeal only protects the company's selling the products on their site and not the customers buying the product! Ordered a Google chromecast which was faulty, and after endless emails lasting well over 2 months I eventually decided to take a loss and keep the faulty product because asking to get a refund or replacement of their faulty product was clearly too difficult as I had to do all the work of shipping it.... for their mess up.Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere!!

Ordered stuff to be delivered 23rd March. Now 5th March and still no delivery. I guess I have been ripped off

I ordered a matress cause I was moving to an empty place. Two weeks passed and I still haven't received it. The seller had an issue with the delivery, but they won't give me a full refund, they'll keep over 20 dollars.Had to sleep on the floor. DisgraceWoolies took only 3 business days

Worst online experience! Despite having a faulty item, they persist in sending another one with the same problem! The table is of low quality and impossible to assemble due to incorrect details. You can see the photos for proof. Additionally, the shipping price was unreasonably high, resulting in a waste of both money and time. This is not an isolated incident; I had an equally terrible experience with another seller on My Deal. I purchased a hair treatment set, which arrived cracked. I returned it, but I have not received any refund or follow-up communication yet.

I bought an iPad, take a long time to dispatch, then I asked refund, then they immediately send it. They said it was on the way, can’t be refund!So disgusting. If I can rate 0star, I will.

Ordered a mattress, they emailed and said it would take approx 2-3 weeks for dispatch. They said they would send a free pillow for the inconvenience. Well, it took 2 months, plenty of emails, and the promise of a one star review to get my mattress. That was October 2021. Now I'm contacting Fair Trading as the pillow is no where to be seen, and they keep closing our case without resolving.

I should have seen the reviews before ordering a bed from these peopleI ordered a bed, and like any other supplier, they sent a confirmation email (probably automated) and provided a tracking number. However, the tracking does not really tell you much. When purchasing the bed some 5 days ago. They said the bed would be despatched within 12-24 hours. 12 hours later, I received confirmation that it had been dispatched.Yesterday, when tracking it, it said that my order had been delivered, yet nothing has been received.This reiterates that it is important to check reviews before buying anything from a supplier. Had I seen these reviews, I would never have bought anything from My Deal" as you are given a bad deal."
