Older female hairdresser with purple curly hair was incredibly rude to my 7 year old son. She was walking around sniffling claiming she had a head cold but wasn't 'sick'.. seemed she could not be bothered whether she got business or not.Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this joint.

Apparently they don’t need to wear masks and follow health regulations. I get that it’s annoying, but not even trying to wear a mask means I won’t be back. Maybe the male hairdresser thinks it’s girly to wear a mask.Previous cuts are all hit and miss anyway. You never get the same person. My last cut was awful. I reckon a lawn mower could have done better.

Waited in line.... to be told she won't cut my hair due to coming from beach. I washed with shampoo last night and throughouly after exiting beach (completely salt/sand free and dry) and she straight up said no I'm not doing it. (Short hair lady with colour in it). If I didnt mention going to the beach she wouldn't have cared... Don't put your barber shop on beach if this is your attitude... Won't be trying to go back again especially after hairdresser was so blunt and didnt seem to want business... other staff member was very friendly while waiting (blonde hair lady).. from a coolum local and first experience with them

Cheryl has cut my hair several times & I've been really happy with it. She is a very good cutter & listens to what you want and advises what will suit your hair type. Great value for the price you pay. Will definitely keep going there.

Absolutely rude & disgusting experience from a lady with purple hair in this inexperienced barber, as soon as we walked from the sour look to no knowledge about hair , clearly she hates she hates her job and people.I would never recommend this place to anyone! This place deserve -5 stars.

Had a fantastic haircut by Fiona this morning. Great to find a hairdresser who knows how to uses thinning scissors on thick hair. Will definitely be back.

Had a men’s haircut today. When I got home I looked in the mirror and checked the length. Hair was still the same length on top as before, only a bit tidier around the ears. When I got home missis said I guess you couldn’t get a haircut, I said I just had it, but she couldn’t see any difference. Just double check you hair is cut before you leave.

Do not ask lady with purple hair and glasses to do a fade haircut, has no idea what she is doing, $38 for this? Last straw for me, been getting cuts here for years but last 2 times very unsatisfied with the job.Pic is of haircut 1hr after. Not a fade

Cheryl has been my stylist for many months now and I cannot think more highly of her . Barber and Bella are a delightful little hairdressers in Coolum . Love the decor.
