Had no issues the staff here where great talked to you on what they where doing and how to take care after extractions

Paid my money didn't receive treatment, made to suffer and treated worse than a dog.

A friendly and caring service, great professional staff.

Had a bad toothache rang up first thing in morning and they made a appointment for just after lunch and I walked down there and went in to the reception part it was about 1:05pm and I said I've got an appointment at 1:15pm they asked for my name and date of birth and they said oh you don't have appointment today I said oh I rang up this morning about 8:40am and they look and said oh it in devonport not burnie and then they said oh well you won't make it to devonport by then they said would 1:30pm tomorrow be fine then the lady said you was speaking to me this morning sorry about the mix up in a smart wayI just walk out angry and upset

I cannot recommend this dentist surgery enough. From the reception staff, to the dentist and dental assistants, the whole experience is heartwarming. The reception staff are absolutely lovely, and I give them an applause for the hard phone calls they constantly deal with, they do an amazing job. And the rest of the team are humorous, caring and take the time to explain absolutely everything to you. An experience I haven’t had elsewhere, makes the trip less daunting.
