Hilton Plumbing were fantastic. Called them around 11.30am as my hot water system had water gushing out of it. They came out within a few hours and had relief valves replaced and the system working perfectly by 3pm! Highly recommend. Excellent service, I’ll definitely use them again. Just had a new gas hot water system installed today and could not be more pleased with Hilton Plumbing's service. From initial phone call, to quote, to installation, the service was beyond five-star excellence. Brody was an exceptional worker who was fast, efficient, very knowledgeable about the trade and did not mind at all me watching on and asking the occasional question or query that I had. The end result looks very professionally done and I could not be happier with it. I have further jobs down the track and will be 100% be calling on Hilton Plumbing.

Hilton plumbing and gas replaced my Solar (with electric booster) HWS. Despite both in the house being shift workers they were able to complete the job within a few days of the initial enquiry.Professional job by the team and left the property very clean and tidy. I would use again and have no problem recommending Khalid or the rest of the guys who attended.

I received the best service from here. Yesterday my hot water heater was down and now just after a day，I get a brand new one installed. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Matty got the old system removal & new system installation work done in less than a couple of hours. He even covered the old water pipe for us. Justin delivered the new water system with care. And Ashlee thank you for taking our booking in urgency！Thanks guys！Will definitely recommend！

Right diagnosis saved unnecessary expense.I called in Hilton Plumbing to have my Rheem Storage Hot water system replaced due to water not heating up even after the thermostat was turned up. Brody C was the tradesman that turned up and he quickly diagnosed and recommended that I have a leak in the hot water pipes and that needed to be fixed first. He also suggested that because the hot water system was still in good condition, we maybe able to not replace the unit, but that was to be confirmed after the leak was fixed. Detection of the leak was tricky as my house was built 40 years ago and the pipes were underground and covered with paving bricks. He took about and hour to locate and another hour to fix and return the paving to original order. The best part was that he suggested that I could defer my replacement till something actually went wrong with the unit which I agreed to and he cancelled the replacement for me. Fixing the leak cost $688 but he saved me by deferring an unnecessary replacement which would have cost $2200. Hot water works well now.

Khalid and crew did 1st class job. Got the hws installed with quality finish. Identified a pipe leak and proceeded to fix no fuss. Total recommended and great guys to work with from beginning to end!
