I have no problem with the autoelectrical work I had done; however Carlton’s interaction with me was nothing short of appalling. Rude, arrogant and honestly quite aggressive - I wish I had read the multiple google reviews that are of similar complaints before spending $400+ here. I felt completely belittled and honestly quite upset following my interaction with him. I refuse to return to someone that has little respect for customers.

what a rude and arrogant mechanic! don't waste your time. you can read other 1 star reviews said the same things. this guy got zero customer service skill and overcharge as well. don't go there.

I recently had an issue with my 2016 Audi A3 Sedan's reverse camera, and I reached out to several auto electricians for assistance. Fortunately, I stumbled upon a gem of a service provider who managed to fit me in earlier than everyone else and did a fantastic job fixing the issue. Not only did they do a great job, but they also came in slightly under the original quote. Moreover, they went the extra mile and took care of some additional fixes that demonstrated their attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. I can’t recommend this business more highly. My 22 yo daughter recently went to have her aircon gassed. It turned out more complicated than that. They contacted myself, as requested by my daughter to explain the problem in detail. Once repaired they went through everything with my daughter showing her the damaged parts replaced. They treated her with total respect. After leaving another totally unrelated problem popped up. My daughter called them and they told her to return and ran diagnostics on the car, found the problem and repaired at no cost to my daughter. Being a Uni student with limited funds she was really flustered but they put her mind at ease as well as communicating with me all the timeGreat work Carlton and team

This place is amazing. The service is fantastic and very personal.I've been here a few times now and I will keep coming back.The prices are reasonable, & the mechanics are honest.If you want a mechanic shop that you can rely upon, and service that you can trust then this is the place. Well it is for me.

Carlton and team have been fantastic for us. We have had some issues with our alarm/keys and locking system, however he has been very patient with us has worked with us to find the best solution. They are very responsive and call you with updates ASAP.

Had the pleasure of proprietor Carlton's service on about 25 occasions over 10 years ( on 5 cars).He is always honest and fasdtidious about the work that needs doing and the work done. Although at times he talks fast he takes time to ensure I understand and is patient with me to answer any and all questions.Some say his price per hour is high, but you get what you pay for and I feel his service is worth the price and more.Issues with the car are fixed in a timely fashion.Most skilled professional. A very smart, dilligent and wise man.
