This company is impossible to deal with. I entertained clients at the F1 and bought drinks at one of the GEMA stalls. After I paid I was told the machine wasn’t working so I couldn’t get a tax invoice. I was told to email the company for it. I did twice - no response so I called and was rudely brushed off. Still haven’t received my invoice.

The food served at the Raiders games in the corporate area of GIO stadium is a massive disappointment. There is nothing fresh, tasty or appealing about any of the offerings. Hot food arrives cold, fresh" items feel and taste stale or like they've been destroyed in the fridge or freezer. No options for catering for dietary requirements

Very poor management for the employees and staff members. Management need to learn how to handle staff from good management and learn to treat them well and stay committed to their prior commitment.

UMPIRE'S Cafe at ATP CUP 2022 venue. Very slow service and the most disappointing thing is NO RAW SUGAR!!! Ask the poor baristas to report the matter to the management. We'll see during the coming Sydney Classic for some positive results.

Treated staff horribly at the Super Cars 500. Supervisors forcing casual employees to stay back without choice.No discounts on any food, not allowed to refill drink bottles for water.Sending people home whenever they want

T8 suite at F1 Grand Prix Saturday 1st AprilFood was 1 out of 10No serviettes no forks no plates when handing out prawns and oystersNothing to put the rubbish on we had to use the tableRoaming Wait staff ignored the guests in the middle of the room on top floor we had to go and get the food from the staff who just ignored most peopleAnd they looked like juniors who knew nothing about an international eventWhat a disgrace to charge $2000.00 per ticket per dayTo be ignoredShould have been sacked on the spot

First time at Gold Coast 500. 3 day pass and sat on the hill all the time. Bar 8A with Kayleen and her team were awesome. Friendly, efficient , no waiting, beer was ice cold . They were run off their feet but still delivered the goods. Well done Gemma Group great service Great team will definitely be back next year
