Love Aesop as a brand and this store doesn't disappoint. I feel like the staff and more thoughtful here (which is saying something if you've ever been to any Aesop store!). Boutique feel, tentative kind staff. Also points for taking covid more than seriously!

I was in the neighborhood and could go to either this store or chatswood but after reading horrible reviews of chatswood store, I went to crows nest store and I’m glad I did. A young man was assisting another customer but he was courteous and polite and took the time to listen and explain their products. Sorry I was in a rush but will come back.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend buying from this store. Just wish the store would stay open on Thursday nights.
