I don’t think anyone has ever greeted me or smiled at me in the two years I have been coming here. Any time when I ask for some help finding something they act like I’m an inconvenience. I think a lot of the staff here need to overhaul their attitudes and just try to be a bit nicer

I went in store today & was so shocked & disappointed…I walked out without my purchases…All but 2 checkouts are now self serve?The Lines were so long on the 2 checkouts with humans…Wth??? Never going there again…Disgraceful Coles…

Easy to access with large outdoor Carpark. We have had some really friendly junior and self-service staff assist us with our purchases. The fresh produce section is usually bountiful. The internal layout does seem to be a little unusual, isles not in their ‘regular’ place - it’s hard to explain if you haven’t been there. For example, kitchenware and dairy on a far wall, tea and coffee on another wall rather than an isle. Not too problematic though if it’s your regular place to shop.

Old, wrinkly curly haired lady was rude, confronting and spying on customers that made us feel uncomfortable at self- serve. Although we have been scanning every single item and paid for it. Very racist, should not be tolerated and think she is above everyone.

New check out system severely lacking .Elderly disadvantaged. I am over 70 years old. My weakly shop early Saturday morning is taking me over 30 minutes to process. That's 27 hours a year. Unbelievable. Only found out this morning after becoming severely frustrated that if I ask someone if available will process for me. Why should an elderly man or for that matter disabled person have to ask for service.

Meh. It's fine. All checkouts are now capable of self service meaning the anticipate replacing checkout staff with security guards and assuming you're a crim for just wanting to exit a place of business.

What a nice young man - Sanam Chaudhari!I just bought a gold ring for my daughter and it fell out of my bag without notice when I pulled out my iPhone. After I realized it was missing half an hour later I rushed back to Coles and hopelessly tried to find it from the floor.Sanam who works in Coles came to the front desk just before I left my contact details and about to leave - with the ring in his hand!He found the ring and gave it back honestly to his customer!Thank you very much dear Sanam!We are so lucky that Coles and its customers have staffs like you!
