Fantastic service! I loved working with them - I was not 100% ready with things in boxes, but they took the stress out of it. Fast, friendly. Will definitely be going with Roo's in the future.

Roo and the boys couldn't have done a better job, very friendly, understanding of our physical limitations, went above and beyond with where to leave furniture, practically put the bed together for us, and plugging in appliances, no damage to any furniture and despite the pouring rain, left no marks on the carpet at all, for the service I received I believe it was great value for money for the peace of mind, thankyou guys for making our day so stress free.

Called at zero notice in a real bind, and Roo and his team were amazing. Emptied my whole office so quickly and efficiently, and relocated with no issues at all. Good communication and super responsive. Will definitely reccomend to others!

I hired Roos removals based on their google reviews and they provided a great service based on: they always returned my calls promptly, they turned up with professional gear to move a granite top kitchen which was heavy and difficult, had professional skills to handle new items very carefully- including getting a large piece of cabinetry through two windows! Very professional I've used them four times.

Moving is chaotic at the best of times, let alone during a pandemic.Having Recently moved our daughter to Melbourne & being let down with a somewhat unreliable & questionable attitude from several other removal outfits I happened upon Roos removals.From first contact I knew all would go well.Promptly returned all phone calls, reconfirmed details the day prior, and arrived precisely at the agreed time on the day.Taking utmost care, all belongings safely arrived several hours later in Melbourne, then unloaded in same efficient manner.Even assisted in reassembling some furniture after drop off then confirming all was ok before leaving.Rubin & his assistant Kev, the truck loading Tetris guru, made for a relaxing, but professional stress free move.Highly recommend.Geoff

Having moved a lot interstate and locally I have had a goodly amount of removalists.But nothing so good as Roo's. So incredibly friendly yet always professional and very prompt to queries.They moved my furniture with the utmost care, that I would happily use them again. These guys worked hard and made their time count.I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We recently moved from regional Victoria to Melbourne and used Reuben and Kevin of Roo's Removals. They were just fantastic. Every care was taken to make sure our goods were wrapped and handled properly, especially our beloved wall clock. Nothing was damaged and they worked overtime without complaint to make sure our goods were packed properly and unpacked at the new address. We also used Suzy from their team who helped me pack my household goods for several days before the move. She was fantastic!! I would recommend them to everyone in the Gippsland area moving locally or going from Gippsland to Melbourne or vice-a-versa as they are the best movers we have ever had and highly recommend them...nothing is too much trouble to satisfy their customers.

This was by far the best removal experience I have ever had. Matt and Kev were fantastic. The level of care they took with our belongings and houses was above and beyond. I was blown away by the amazing, careful tetris packing of the truck. The job was bigger than expected (lots of books for a small unit!) and they kept going until it was all done. Happily helped move bookshelves around when we changed our minds about positioning. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Reuben helped out at short notice after I had been let down by another removalist..His men were very polite and careful with my furniture and boxes,they worked hard all day.I can highly recommend Roos removals for your home removal.
