Called and spoke with a lady about a sewer blockage and was told the man that could help me would call me back as he was on another call. Hey didn't ring back so I called the following day, phone continually rang out. Never heard from them again.

Called and spoke to someone who stated they would call me back...No one called me. I rang 4 more times over the span of 2 weeks and was told everytime someone will call me back..No one has called me and it's now been 3 mths....how do these people stay in business?? Worst service" ever."

Very bad customer service. I have been trying to bet a quote for over two months for a plumber to put rain water into my house. I have called may times and no one has called me.
