Pretty standard Ampol servo, but good, friendly service mostly.

The last 2 Saturday mornings I have attempted to put my tattslotto on. Only to be told by the woman at the counter that she doesn't know how to do it. I hav been putting on my tattslotto here for the past 2 years without a problem. While I took it on the chin the first week as she was new, to not be trained up after 2 weeks is a joke. I would have just left in at that but not even a sorry for the inconvenience with her couldn't care less attitude. Normally I have found the staff here to be very friendly.

Worst customer service. The girl who is working on sunday morning doesnt know where an indiviudal can get change to wash the car. Being from asian community, her way of talking was rude as well.

Nice enough modern garage with a car wash attached but they always seem to have the highest prices more so before public holidays. If your desperate for petrol at least ensure you have a Woolworths Petrol discount voucher to bring the price down a smidge.

There’s something wrong with this pump.This has happened to me second time and this time I was very observant about it. I filled the petrol for $10 and get it billed but when I started my car there was no change in the fuel range meter it was still showing 35 km as it was showing prior to filling it up. I had an argument with the lady at the counter when she said that there must be something wrong with the car than to that I told her it’s pretty brand new car and there’s nothing wrong with it. After we had an argument she told me to fill the 10$ petrol again in front of her and check if the reading will change. Than in front of her I filled the 10$ petrol and than fuel range limit was changed to 190 km. I even raised a complaint about it but I guess nothing is happening am not sure if it’s happening intentionally at this pump or it’s a machine problem. I felt it’s intentional to an extent the way it was all handled.

They always have gas.Staff are friendly and they top up the windscreen buckets. (Handel on washer to short, but you can't have everything)Easy to drive in and out.
