Nail Belle

Today I went to belle nails for a relaxing SNS full set and pedicure. I did not ask for tips and my idea of a pedicure would normally include a massage. My SNS nails were left ruff and very out of shape. This was recognised by the artist and not fixed. My skin around the nails was torn and the SNS was applied so thick I could have flicked it off by clicking my fingers. My pedicure didn’t leave me relaxed as they were ruff and the water they used was cold. The service was very unpleasant as they spend most of their attention with each other other instead of the client. They charged me $115 for shellac to be painted on my toes and SNS that appears like the photo. Do not go here!

Booked at 2pm. Called them to say I was running late 3 min and they said ok

I have been coming here every 3 weeks for over 2 years and ensure I have booked well ahead of time. They are never in time as take in any walk ins so I complained as had an important meeting to go after. The lady got very defensive and advised they never promise they will be on time. Never an apology and that they will do their best to ensure I am out in time. Ironically a walk in came in 15 minutes after my appointment time was and advised there will be 5minute wait whereas I waited more than 10 minutes for a pre booked time. I suggest you don’t use these people for regular as don’t seem to care about looking after their regular customers. Very disappointing Nail Belle

Would give them negative stars if I could. Terribly shoddy service and work. They know they have a good spot which is allowing them to capitalise on convenience. Bad job of nails, arrogant staff, and a high price which is not justified. Don’t use their services unless you absolutely have to.

I’ve been here twice. One for pedicure and they filed into my skin so hard my toe bled they didn’t even noticed until I saw red.2nd time I came bc I broke a nail and it was the only thing open and close. she removed with a nail tip the set that I had on! aside is the price. I really think they take advantage and change prices as they like

Leaving the salon extremely unhappy with the dry, uneven and poorly shaped nails purchased today. I wouldn’t have been as bothered walking away with the tragedy of my nails if they didn’t over charge for their services. Not only did they do a terrible job of my nails to the point I asked “oh are you finished” when told to move to the next chair to get my ‘pedicure’ done, from my understanding a full pedicure is inclusive of massaging your feet which I did not receive. I chose a colour very close to my manicure colour for my feet which I was happy with, however the lady said there was the exact same colour and asked if I wanted that instead. Of course, being the same colour I said yes. Only to find when they were applying this, it was wrong and a completely different shade. Rather than removing the incorrect nail polish, they decided to go over it with the new colour I had originally chose.Never had such bad nails at such a high price.

I went here to here to have SNS during my lunch break. Firstly when I asked how much it would cost (with a manicure) I was quoted $70 and then when I asked if I pay cash, it to came down to $63. When they started working on my nails the lady made comment quote 'I don't need a manicure' - so I opted to not have this and I asked how much it would cost excluding this process - it came down to $58.50. My point is this - I think this is very expensive + when they finished and I had left, I noticed that two of my nails had not been colored properly (the edge was white) and they had cut the cuticle on my right thumb. For what you pay (which is absurd) their workmanship is horrendous, appalling - all of the above. DO NOT GO HERE and they are rude. They simply have 'no care factor'.

Terrible service, rushed. Nails are not even shaped the same, poorly done and too chunky for sns. Charged me 70 dollars for sns, no manicure or tips, an absurd. The girl also drilles very hard one of my nails and didn't take me seriously when I said it hurt.Never coming back, be aware
