Steve, Andrew and the rest of the team at Steveway are great to deal with. I have been Leasing a cafe from them for quite a few years now and have found them to be very proactive and knowledgable and have assisted me in all my dealings. They are very understanding of a small business and have helped me through the slow winter months when my business has not generated a great deal of income. Steve was honest, forthright and helpful throughout our purchasing process.He didn't muck around and worked late into the same Saturday that we submitted our offer - securing written acceptance that same day.It's quite rare these days to find an Agent who is willing to put themselves out on the weekend to ensure that a deal gets done but Steve had no problems doing this and was communicating with me the whole time.I'd have no problem in recommending or using his services in future.
