Made an appointment at 10.30am to install a split system and this guy never turned up. No phone call or msg regarding no show till I called him. After few attempts of calling him, finally answered the call around 4pm and gave a lame excuse and said he's in Geelong and won't be able to make it on that day. Good luck claiming warranty with this company with a service like this.
