Booked in to have some seats redone directly with Steve onsite at the workshop. Turned up on the day (only a few days later) and the guy working onsite told me he can't do the work. I explained I was booked in. He said 'well you didn't book it with me'. I explained I had booked with Steve. Guy wasn't interested, just said he was too busy. Completely wasted my time and didn't care in the slightest. How hard is it to pick up a phone and call someone?? Not a professional business.

Fitted me in at short notice to repair my motorcycle seat. The work was completed the same day.

Charged me almost double what they estimated. If they told me it would cost the amount they finally charged me, I would not have agreed to it. Didn't even bother to call me to tell me it will cost more. Just surprised me with the bill.Edit: Updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars as their work was flawless and I was a bit harsh at first.I will only use them again if no one else can do it, and expect a final bill that could be double what they estimate.I can't fault their work, but they need to honour their quotes or AT LEAST call the customer to advise them of the new much higher price. Just call. I do also have a problem with the owners response to my review because he makes it sound like I cancelled my booking and brought it in anyway, which is not true. I did cancel my booking, but I called back and said I would like to rebook it in when it is convenient for them, they were kind enough to accommodate me at my previous booking time. I wouldn't have minded waiting a bit longer, but they were nice enough to squeeze me in and I appreciated that. I also said they can take their time with the repair, it wasn't that urgent. They repaired my door in less than the quoted time. I didn't agree to whatever the job worked out to" as the owner stated. I agreed to the quoted price

While the initial quote we received was fine, it was a nice surprise to pick up the finished job and pay several hundred dollars less than expected. It's top quality work, very reasonably priced, with a friendly service.

We presented Steve with a total 'basket case' in the form of an Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV interior that unfortunately had been used as a Rat's Nest for something like 30 plus years. Somehow Steve has resurrected it from the dead in a most timely manner, to the highest possible workmanship and standards to be now far superior to the original ! Stitching of all seating was matched perfectly and a joy to behold. Please use any photos that you require Steve for your website of Facebook. Grazie Grazie, Job really well done #(^_.^)#

Took my wife’s Triumph adventure bike seat in with the request to lower it as much as possible. The result was awesome! Perfect mix of density sponge, expertly shaped - amazing!
