Blooms Design Neutral Bay

Very disappointed in Neutral bay Blooms would of bought more clothes there but as I purchased $200.00 on a work suit and lay by another suit.Which I put around $43.00 to lay by which I heard today the lay by has been cancelled on the 24th dec. As I had no letter from Blooms the lady said she left a message for me which she couldn't off as I have no voicemail. They also had my email address as I get other emails from Blooms.But the issue is that they are keeping my $43.00 with no clothing and not even a credit note or refund.I feel this is really unethical and even though there clothing is of good quality. They wont get another cent of my money again. So be aware when you lay by from Blooms.
