Dr. Evans was very good at explaining the results of my tests and providing next steps. Highly recommended.

Dr Evans made me feel comfortable and was very supportive . She also got me in for specialist appointments to check what was happening for me and I found out that I had something else wrong with me that was not related yet Dr evans referred me to specialist immediately and followed up very quickly. Can not thank her enough for all she has done for me.

Felt listened to and acknowledged and not brushed off. Took time to really ensure I understood the information provided. Highly recommend.

First appointment was great, lots of information and consultation was good.Had my consultation in FEBRUARY AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A THING! Every time I call them to ask for my results they tell me we have been so busy and the doctors haven't been able to look at it"So don't waste your time and go to an ACTUAL SPECIALIST because these people are a waste of time."

Great experience. The doctor was very attentive and thorough with her investigation and responded to my medical needs in a timely manner.

First appointments was fine, did the testing and answered questions.3 weeks later I get a text to say I have an appointment but no one called me to arrange it so I had to call to rebook to a better time.Drove 40 mins and left work early to get to the appointment only to find out it was a phone appointment!No one called.. I then had to follow up 2 days later to find out when someone would actually call me. Once again, I was told someone would call me back.3 more days go by, I call again. Someone finally gave me my pathology results and said I would get another call with my other test results and will speak with the specialist.It has now been 10 weeks since my first appointment and I have sent 2 emails and messaged on Facebook pleading for my results with no response.Go elsewhere! This company is just claiming money from Medicare and not giving results!

The nurse who I had my consult with was excellent, but other then that I had my consultation 2 months ago and have not heard anything from anyone - especially not a doctor about any of the outcomes for my testing.I wasn’t aware I was having a consult with a nurse, however she said there would be a two week turn around for results.I called after 2 weeks, the reception staff said that was incorrect it could take from 5-8weeks. 2 months later no communication.Really poor service for such a personal health area.If the doctors can’t report on cases under a week, they are clearly taking on to many clients to give proper care.

Good and thorough service , they were finally able to give me answers to my bowel issues that I’ve been trying to sort out for years! Thanks for all your help Dr Evans!
