Poor handling with meat wherein the handler uses and serves her customers including collecting money with her bare hands and her rings was visible (imagine the bacteria under her rings).

Have been using buying meat here since 2009 and have never been anything but happy.The quality of the meat is outstanding, the service is fantastic and the selection is incredible. Vera and Jimmy and the team are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Jimmy even has come in on a Sunday for me for special orders that I needed on that day. Just amazingIn the area they are in (Earlwood) you don't survive for 37 years unless you are good. There is a reason there is no other butcher in Earlwood!
