Greencross Vets Morwell

Great vets and nurses, always feel looked after. My two boys get the greatest attention.

Absolutely useless! They cannot keep appointment times then try and argue with you when you say something because it's already 20mins past your appointment. Also, kept stirring up my dog making it a drama to keep him quiet. Would have to be the worst vet clinic in Gippsland!

The vet Orio sees is really happy and inviting, but is up front and praises progress. He also is happy to offer tips like, how to train a puppy to wee outside , and the right toys and snacks for teething etc. The staff in front in are always greet both our dogs which puts them at ease when coming to a new environment. 2 reasons to love Greencross, they're locals and love our pets. 5 stars.

Friendly caring people who understand for needs. We recently had to put our fur baby to sleep and Dr Helen and the very nurses were so understanding and loving. Dr Saleh & Nurse Adam were wonderful with Millie today 21st February, so kind and gentle!!

I have a preferred Veterinarian at Greencross as not happy with all but those are personal choices of everyone. I have had a bad experience when Greencross refused to see one of our dogs in an emergency and so would recommend Trafalgar Veterinary Clinic above Greencross Morwell to any who ask as they did see our dog, and saved his life only days before Christmas.After working many years in sales I feel some of these Veterinarians at Greencross care more about making $$$$ than they do about us and our pets. I do keep returning to Greencross because they have been taking care of my dogs needs since birth and they are close to home. Staff are hit and miss with some very likeable and some not so much.

Took the time to assess and offer treatments, wasn’t in a rush to get you out the door. Offer many different treatment to suit cost as well as practicality. Friendly vets and staff. Highly recommend Greencross vets Morwell.

For 12 years we’ve brought our dogs here and in the last few visits the quality and service has been in clear decline. The tipping point was when, due to advice from the vet, our dog became very sick, but Greencross couldn’t/wouldn’t see him, even in an emergency! Thankfully Traralgon Veterinary Centre were much more accommodating and the service there was infinitely better than at Greencross.Do not risk your pets health!
