My wife was the only customer in line, and asked if the checkout person could wait one second, he was very sarcastic to her. She was then treated very sarcastically the whole time he was serving her.Whilst she was packing her groceries she could hear the checkout person making snide comments about her to the next customer.

Can not ring the store any more for inquiries ... Unbelievable. really bad....

Always love the special lines and the cost savings. Some staff could be more personable. More checkouts open would also be good.

So shocked and dissapointed by the staff at ALDI Warrawong. I was there last night with my husband and two children, we witnessed some shocking and discusting behaviour displayed by the staff and another customer at the registers. As we approached the resgisters to make our purchase we witnessed a mother and her daughter being told to leave the store very rudly by the register operator, the mother and daughter walked out as they were walking out I overheard the daughter saying I know mum they were being rude it's ok let's go". After they left the store the three staff members then continued to talk about the mother and daughter with another customer while doing so they were laughing. There were other customers in the line also and we could all here the conversation

Always a plesent experience & the staff are helpfull.
