Beacon Lighting Marsden Park

I have been here twice in the last few weeks and they gentlemen and a lovely lady served me and help me find the pendant lights I wanted. This place is great value. I went there I remembrance day and the lady and I and my daughter all had a minute silence for our diggers. I will keep on coming here for sure for my lights thank you, you all have great customer service.

I was very impressed by Varuschka's professional attitude and product knowledge. She really knew her products (I was buying a ceiling fan). Gave me good information yet left me alone to browse then returned with perfect timing when I needed help! I would definitely return to this shop!

We purchased faulty fan light-kits from this store. We tried to fix and replace via the warranty team although still no luck. Warranty team told us to go back to Marsden Park store for a refund.Unfortunately we had a very uncomfortable experience with the manager who was working on a Saturday there (older man with a European accent – receipt says Jamal). We were questioned repeatedly about our request for a refund and he didn’t seem to believe us that we had been told to return to the store for a refund. We gave him the warranty number and I showed him several emails on my phone where the warranty team and also Adam and Rhonda from the same Marsden Park store had told me to return to store for the refund. He still didn’t seem to believe us and proceeded to search back through years of emails to try and find them even though I had shown him the emails on my phone. I offered to resend the emails to him now on the spot, he didn’t answer me. I am not sure what the problem was or if he thought my emails were fake, it was a very strange situation. We had to unfortunately escalate the conversation to get things moving and we questioned if he wanted a returning customer in us, he then accused us of giving him threats. He finally agreed to refund us. He then took further time to locate the receipt and throughout his search I kept showing him the invoice on my phone and few times offered to give him the invoice number for him to search by. He found a receipt on his system and then claimed that we didn’t purchase 4 light kits from Marsden Park, he said we only purchased 3 – even though I was showing him the invoice on my phone saying 4pcs! It was honestly the most bizarre interaction, we were and are still completely baffled by. I feel that this shouldn’t have been this hard and he made the situation more difficult than it had to be and was rude and condescending.

Purchased lamps from this place. I loved the product in term of quality and price. Staff service is good. They have good variety of products. I highly recommend this place.

Beacon lighting at Marsden park have a lot of options and good quality lighting. The team here guides you well with any questions you may have. But they also have self explanatory help booklets with customisable light options that you can pick. Lot of parking space available infront of the store.

I went to Marsden Park store last weekend, to buy 7-8 fans for our new home. All the staff members are very helpful and they have a huge range of designer fans and lighting.I would want to thank Cal, who helped us in making a beautiful selection for our new house. Your technical knowledge about the products was amazing and thanks for sharing that with us. That really helped us in making the best choice. Really Appreciate !!

Terrible experience with manager named Rhonda. She was not helpful at all and she needs to learn more about customer service. We went to the store to exchange a product with defects but they had no available stock so we asked if we could just get a discount because my electrician was arriving that day to install them and she replied with “Why when I can just order you a new one?!”. Very disappointing!

Best customer service I have received in a long time. Such a pleasant shopping experience.. and this was one that I was not looking forward to ... perfect mix of knowledge ,patience to show you lots of options and knowing when to let you look and decide .
