Nathan came and sanded my floors for me prior to selling house and I couldn't believe how well they turned out. He was also very accommodating after other trades delayed the process he was happy to work around them to ensure it all got done in time. Great communication including sending me progress photos. Thanks for a great finish that i didn't expect to look so good

Nathan was pleasant, and he maybe good at sanding floors but he stuffed up my Bamboo installation which he promised to return and fix the next day but for the next three days just text me with excuses so I had to pay my builder to fix his mistakes. Very unprofessional service from Timber Tuneup.

Melissa and Nathan were amazing every step of the process. Their quote was significantly less than the others we received, and the finished product was beautiful. They were accomodating when other trades ran overtime and communication was prompt and informative. They also came back and put down extra coats to ensure the finish was perfect. We had Nathan & Mel in to sand & re-oil our deck and stairs. They did a good job - the timber looks great! We found Mel & Nathan to be friendly and easy to talk to, particularly discussing ongoing maintenance. For those looking for tips, I recommend that you have the measurements used for the quote confirmed prior to starting and ensure you cover everything for drips! :)

We recently had Timber Tune Up sand back and recoat our old timber floor. We're so happy with how it looks and certainly recommend these guys to anyone looking for something similar. I have used timber tune up twice and they are exceptional in both their service and their workmanship. After using timber tune up for my home and being so happy with the work, I did not hesitate to use them again, and I’m so happy rhat I did .On both instances my floors came up beyond my expectations and four years on the floors in my home are as good as the day they were restored.The prices are fair and reasonable. I never bothered to get a second quote as I was happy with the price I was quoted both times.Communication was always fantastic and pictures were sent along the way to keep me updated on the progress. On the second instance this was very useful as I was unable to be at the house as it was not in the city I lived in at the time.After sales service was also excellent. They really helped me out of a very difficult situation in a short time frame. The floor came up a really nice whitewash. Took some time to settle in (which they told me it would) but very happy with the final result.
